We’re coming back to Europe in April! It’s been a couple of years and we’re all excited to come back. We’re especially excited to be playing Groezrock for the first time! Come on out and have fun with a bunch of Americans that hate Trump more than you do!

We’re super excited to finally get back on the road after a bit of a break, for a little run to and from Riot Fest Chicago on September 18! We’ll be playing an after show party at the Cobra Lounge later that same night as well. This little run concludes at the Pozo Festival in Pozo, CA. Heard of it? Neither have we, but we’re also really excited about that, as we get to play with our good friends Manic Hispanic, Youth Brigade, NOFX and the Descendents! Woohoo, sounds like a party! See y’all there! Check the shows page for info…
In other news, we’re (slowly) writing another record, and will hopefully be in the studio sometime early next year. In the meantime, toyGuitar’s new shit is fucking great, so you should check that out. Really.

Hey hey hey,
Our tour of the west coast is kickin’ butt so far. We need to update this damn thing more, and figure from the road stuff is probably the way to go. People like that, right? Anyhow, we’re in Fresno tonight. That’s right, Fresno on a Tuesday. If you think this is a plea to PLEASE COME OUT and see us in Fresno-on-a-Tuesday, well, it is. Also, tomorrow will be the first time we’ve played the ROXY in Los Angeles in nearly 20 years, so we’re really looking forward to that. So come on out people. We’ll have a good time together, I promise.

Well hi there, been a while! We’re back from our fantastical, momentous Fat Wreck 25th Anniversary tour, and it was great to be on the road with so many old friends for 3 weeks, and it’s been an amazing 20 years on our beloved label. We’ve posted tour dates for the Western US run in November, so check out the shows page.

Darius is playing a solo show w/Chuck Ragan at the Anaheim House of Blues on September 5, so be sure to check that out as well!

See ya soon!

Greg McEntee’s movin’ on, and other news…

Hey there everybody. Greg McEntee, our drummer of 27 (!) years, and founding member of the Utters, has decided to hang ’em up and move on to other avenues. You can read more about it here:
It’s been a hell of a ride, and we’ll miss him.

The show at Primal Skateshop in Abilene, TX has been CANCELLED, due to unforeseeable circumstances. We’re sorry and bummed, but maybe we’ll see you next year! Check out the shows page for all of our other upcoming Southern U.S. tour dates. See all of y’all out there in the next 3 weeks! Ciao baby!

Howdy! Lots has happened in our corner of the world in the last few months. The Utters finished our latest record, “Fistful Of Hollow”, which will be out on Fat Wreck on November 11. We’ll be touring the U.S. and Canada with Lagwagon in November and December, and Europe in February/March with toyGuitar (Jack and Miles’ other band). We’ll post those dates soon (they’re also available on our Facebook page). Look forward to headlining tours of the U.S. starting spring 2015… toyGuitar recorded their debut album with Chris Dugan, and that’ll be out on Fat Wreck sometime early next year. Darius also recorded his debut solo album, which will also be out on Fat Wreck sometime early next year…

We’ve been lazy once again with the posting, and there’s been some exciting stuff happening as of late! We’ve finished recording another full length (due sometime in September–we’ll keep you posted on a release date!) with the mighty Chris Dugan at JingleTown in Oakland. Touring to follow… Also, Toy Guitar (Jack and Miles’ other band) will be heading into the studio to record a full length soon, and Darius will be heading in to record his first solo album as well. We’ll keep you posted!
